POSITION TITLE: Sales Coordinator DEPARTMENT: Sales / Customer Service LOCATION: Sterling, Virginia STATUS: Full Time, Temporary to Hire

Jones Networking is recruiting a Sales Coordinator to help support a busy Sales and Customer Service Department. SALES COORDINATOR POSITION SUMMARY: -Act as a key liaison between sales force, purchasing department, customers, and vendors -Review and proofread sales orders and documentation for completeness and accuracy -Document, maintain and follow up on sample requests -Generate and assist with analyzing sales reports -Update pricing lists based on established pricing structures -Submit and track new product requests -Conduct market research -Research and analyze sales numbers, profits and pricing information -Create and update Excel spreadsheets

QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY: -Minimum one year experience working as an account manager or client liaison desired. -Inside sales, upselling and/or cross selling experience -Bachelor's Degree is an asset -Strong communication skills -Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment -Ability to easily nurture relationships with customers and vendors -Experience with a CRM database a plus
