JP Ecommerce Inc / Bare Home – Columbus, MN

JP Ecommerce, named one of the fastest growing companies in Minnesota, is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative. Bare Home, our popular bedding brand, is featured on multiple online marketplaces as well as our own sites. Candidates should be team-oriented, have excellent communication skills and have a great eye for detail. Customer service experience is a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent customer service by phone and email and follow established procedures
• Maintain working knowledge of product line and inventory
• In-the-moment decision making and critical thinking using a strong understanding of company policies and training materials
• Strong understanding of marketplaces rules and regulations and the patience and ability to research unknowns
• Track deliveries and work with carriers to give our customers the most up-to-date information
• Order processing for multiple marketplaces
• Returns processing for multiple marketplaces
• Demonstrates ability to achieve established goals as outlined by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Computer experience - Proficient with Microsoft Word, have basic Excel understanding, strong file organization and email
• Strong interpersonal skills - Must be positive and friendly!
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented and trustworthy
• Ability to work with a team and also be responsible for individual tasks day to day
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Maintains good attendance

Job Type: Full-time, flexible schedule, weekend availability required.
