Client Details: The client is an Oil and Gas company that provides drilling and completion designs, new and remanufactured wellhead equipment, and service personnel to the oil and gas industry.


Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional to join our team at our Newcomerstown office. This role primarily involves generating delivery tickets and efficiently processing them into invoices, with a preference for candidates experienced in using QuickBooks


Key Responsibilities:

• Generate delivery tickets for our products and services, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Process delivery tickets into invoices with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Utilize QuickBooks software to manage invoicing and financial transactions.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless and timely order processing.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain organized records of all transactions and documents.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the inside sales department.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in inside sales, administrative roles, or a similar position is preferred.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a significant advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
