Job Description:
- Manufacturing Engineering Manager
- Experience in mentoring and managing 2 – 5 Mfg Engineers with emphasis on Lean or Continuous Improvement projects in addition will develop them help get more out of the team and take them to the next level.
- Designs, integrates, and improves manufacturing systems or related processes. Must possess excellent “hands-on” mechanical and organizational skills.
- At least 7 years related work experience, with demonstrated manufacturing experience in the following areas: manufacturing process optimization, Lean manufacturing practices, Six Sigma initiatives, and Project Management.
Responsibilities:- Drive the technology roadmap for process enhancements, improved yields, quality, and cost productivity.
- Leading edge technology used in process and automated production operations.
Qualifications:- BSME with minimum 9 years’ experience in production operations
- Hands-on electro-mechanical and electronics assembly experience Solidworks
- Root cause analysis and CI or lean projects.
- Success record of mentoring, guiding and developing engineers
