    Pay Rate : $115000-$125000/Yearly Plus 5.5% Bonus



    Job Description

    • Engineering Manager Responsibilities:
    • Develop and oversee annual capital budgets, including cost estimation and schedules.
    • Batch processing experience is a plus
    • Process experience in specialty chemicals is key
    • Manage project installations and provide regular progress updates.
    • Drive initiatives to optimize plant operations and improve manufacturing processes.
    • Must have PSM experience
    • Lead projects to enhance plant infrastructure and increase efficiency.
    • Implement projects aimed at reducing costs, improving yields, and minimizing waste.
    • Provide technical support for new process/product development.
    • Collaborate with external engineering firms as needed.
    • Train staff on new technologies and equipment.
    • Ensure compliance with Quality Management System and regulatory standards.
    • Support Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
    • Maintain technical and engineering standards for the plant.

    Requirements:
    • 3+ years leading teams (direct reports)
    • 5+ years leading projects

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering
    • 5-10 years of experience in chemical process industry project management.
    • 5 years of engineering management experience.
    • Track record of managing capital projects and budgets.
