Job Title: Human Resources Generalist (Entry level position)

Pay: 55K-80K + 10% bonus

Location: Hartford, CT

Other Compensation: 10% bonus

Experience needed: 0-5 years

Job Description:

• $1 Billion, multi-location manufacturer is seeking an HR Generalist with some experience with recruitment and employee relations.
• BS/BA in a related field and internships or experience in HR.
• Some exposure to recruitment and employee relations is needed.
• Not a management position, however, there is great opportunity for promotion.
• Prefer local, but for the right candidate, will help with relocation.
• This is an entry level position so if someone has been a manager or supervisor, will most likely will not be considered, want someone junior.
• Some relocation assistance for an outstanding candidate.
