Job Title: Bathroom & Kitchen Salesperson

Base Pay: $45,000 + 5% commission on sales

Office Location: Jessup, MD

Territory: Va & MD

Responsibilities:

1. Product Knowledge:

   • Stay informed about bathroom and kitchen products.

2. Customer Service:

   • Assist customers in product selection.
   • Address inquiries and concerns.

3. Sales:

   • Meet or exceed sales targets.

4. Design Consultation:

   • Offer design advice and visualization.

5. Quoting and Pricing:

   • Provide accurate quotes and pricing.

6. Order Processing:

   • Process orders and coordinate deliveries.

7. Relationship Building:

   • Build and maintain customer relationships.
   • Network for leads and referrals.

8. Organization:

   • Keep records and paperwork organized.

9. Compliance:

   • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

10. Training:

    • Stay updated on product knowledge.
    • Train other staff members.

11. Showroom Maintenance:

    • Keep displays organized and updated.

12. Follow-Up:

    • Conduct post-sale follow-ups with customers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement, kitchen, or bathroom industry.
• Familiarity with retail sales, customer service, or showroom environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
• Ability to negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and industry professionals.
• Networking skills to generate leads and referrals.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Candidates must have a car and a valid license
