About the Role:
As our Senior Electrical Engineer, you will lead exciting and complex electrical design projects, ensuring they meet all specifications and deadlines. You will collaborate with other engineers and teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the development of design standards and procedures.

Location: Missoula, MT
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of technical project plans, specifications, drawings, and models.
- Perform and/or evaluate electrical calculations and ensure code compliance.
- Lead and mentor the Electrical Engineering team, fostering employee growth and project success.
- Apply and adapt design techniques while adhering to company and team standards.
- Collaborate with other disciplines (Mechanical, Structural, etc.) to integrate electrical designs.
- Conduct field verifications, resolve design issues, and troubleshoot construction problems.
- Perform additional tasks as needed, including site surveys, subcontractor meetings, client presentations, and code official interaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical design.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and codes (NEC).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.
- Proficient in CAD software (Autodesk Revit a plus).
