Reports To: VP Sales

Location: Bethlehem, PA; remote can live anywhere in US near a major airport.

Base $125K ( may be negotiable) plus non-capped commission….

Should do 145-150K 1st year, $160K plus 2nd and over $200K following

25% of base

60 day full replacement

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Manufacturing Rep Organizations as well as with current and prospective customers, essentially Pharmaceutical and Biotech firms to sell aftermarket products, service contracts and technology system in regions where ABEC does not have direct sales presence. This is NOT a short selling cycle…..its consultative type solution sales.

HUGE opportunity to grow sales as their technology is the wave of the future and they have very little presence right now in Asia (except China), South America, Eastern Europe.

Will be trained at corporate headquarters to learn all the capabilities, report to Jason Cyphert, VP Sales who provide support and guidance to achieve goals. This is a remote office situation. Ideally be located within an hour of ABEC in Bethlehem, PA OR be close to a major airport.

• Evaluate the 5 existing manufacturing rep organizations and recommend new rep organizations….should grow them significantly.
• Accompany reps on customer visits
• Study the market, develop business intelligence, educate C-Suite in how to expand internationally.

70% travel – they want someone who loves to travel and be face to face with customers and reps.
