Job Title- Construction Estimator
Location: Jacksonville, Florida
Mode: Onsite
Lead Estimator and Assistant Estimator(Multiple hiring)

Qualifications:
Estimating/Construction Management Knowledge.
Minimum 6 months of Estimating experience.
Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus, not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Gather scope of work, plan, specifications, and related documents to get a complete understanding of project.
• Identifies material requirements.
• Acquires proposals from subcontractors in required trades.
• Timely completion of estimates.
• Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
• Prepare review and evaluation of cost estimates for CEO approval.
  Maintains cost data.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs.
• Attending client meetings and project walk-throughs, visiting job sites, and keeping a record of all verbal information disseminated by the client.
• Present proposals.
• Follow-up once proposals are submitted and provide feedback to management.
  Close the sale on proposed work.
