    JP Services is an industry leader in providing specialty integrity nitrogen, testing and cleaning services in New Construction, Maintenance and Certification of Pipeline and Processing Facilities in the Midstream and Downstream Industry sectors in the United States. We specialize in Nitrogen, Hydrotesting, Chemical Cleaning, and Flaring Services.

    Overview:

    Business Development – Nitrogen & Enterprise Sales based in Houston and will cover the Gulf Coast and Mid-West Regions - We’re seeking a qualified business development specialist to extend our Enterprise reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships with an emphasis on our Nitrogen Pumping Division. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and help build our Enterprise Portfolio, that delivers integrity projects for existing and new clients of JP Services. The candidate will be highly skilled at sales and business operations, this person will join and become an extension of a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contributing to both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
    • Take a key role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
    • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
    • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals.
    • Meet all reporting requirements.
    • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
    • Contribute to proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.
    • Generate new leads, identify, and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.
    • Drive overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
    • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.

    Qualifications & Required Skills:

    • Experience - 5 or more years of operational or business development in the midstream or downstream services sector.
    • Specialized knowledge – Nitrogen Pumping Services in New Construction, Maintenance and Certification of Pipeline Operations and Downstream facilities
    • Specialized knowledge of Chemical Cleaning, Hydrotesting, Flaring, Nitrogen and Water Management Services is preferred.
    • Skills- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Access, Outlook),
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, detail oriented, good record keeping skills, ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
    • Other personal characteristics: Team player, reliable, professional positive attitude with good communication skills, self-starter, strong organization skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to adapt to change within your work environment.
