With a focus on innovation and a commitment to excellence, we are looking for a motivated Licensed Sales Agent Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: • Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events • Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals • Assist a top-producing real estate agent from initial contact through to the closing of deals. • Show buyers and co-list homes, demonstrating a deep understanding of property features and market trends. • Manage CRM diligently: track leads, follow up, and ensure client satisfaction. • Coordinate appointments, open houses, and final walkthroughs with precision and care. • Implement marketing strategies on social media to enhance our brand's presence. • Play a key role in organizing and planning company events, contributing to our vibrant team culture. • Ensure compliance with legal procedures associated with real estate transactions. • Proactively handle the placement of signs and other promotional materials. • Monitor and notify clients of crucial deadlines to facilitate smooth transactions. Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • Available evenings and weekends Compensation: $50,000+ yearly
