Job Description

We are an eCommerce wholesale company located in Ontario, currently seeking an individual with prior experience in eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart This individual will help create product listings on our main eCommerce platform, monitor and boost daily sales, create ads, solving all related problems and handle various office administrative duties as needed.

Candidate must have proficient computer skills, including basic Photoshop skills, be detail oriented and be able to provide administrative support for a small office. You need to be able to work independently or as part of a team, prioritize tasks, as well as possess good communication, organizational and customer service skills. Preferred experience with PPC, SEO, and third party inventory management softwares.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and manage product listings on eCommerce platforms.
• Take product photography in a professional studio environment, and edit the photos in Photoshop to optimal presentation standards.
• Create & optimize listings on eBay, Amazon marketplaces including writing product descriptions and content, build and manage product images, adjust information such as price etc.
• Research and analyze competitive landscape of marketplace sales and identify opportunities for growth.
• Resolve problematic transactions and maintain healthy marketplace account standing.
• Manage campaigns and promotions
• Handle customer inquiries via email and phone as needed.
• Assist in arranging daily office activities with other staff.
• Creating advertisements and newsletters

Qualifications:

• Must be detail oriented, organized, and have a positive attitude.
• Proficient basic skills with Photoshop.
• Have strong computer proficiency & is internet savvy.
• Ability to work with a high degree of independence.
