Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced IT System Administrator for a premier beverage distributor in NE Philadelphia.
Requirements:
● Proficient with computer hardware and software including MS Office Suite
● Network Administration, Windows Server, DNS, Active Directory
● SonicWALL Firewalls, managed switches and VLANs
● System Administration for beverage distribution software
● Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
● Experience with wireless networks, ethernet cabling
● Be an excellent communicator with the ability to multitask
● Conduct software training for employees
● Experience in providing technical support to employees for all software and become proficient in route accounting software, our main beverage distribution software.
● Strong problem-solving skills
● Project manager for system-related projects
● Update the company website
● Perform additional duties as assigned by management
● Provide Tier 1 support for our phone system, including staff additions, changes and problems
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems or a related field with at least three years of experience supporting a small to midsize business.
