The Milwaukee Milkmen are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Concession Associates to join our game-day staff at Franklin Field in Franklin, WI. Concession Associates play a key role in creating a fun and memorable fan experience by providing fast, friendly service while preparing and serving food and beverages during Milkmen home games and special events.
Prepare, serve, and sell food and beverages in concession stands
Greet fans with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions using point-of-sale systems
Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession areas, including food prep, service, and seating areas
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy game-day environment
Assist with opening, closing, and post-event cleanup duties
Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members
Must be at least 16 years old (age requirements may vary by position)
Previous food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
Must be available for Milwaukee Milkmen home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Additional shifts may be available for special events at Franklin Field
