Key Responsibilities:

• Execute complex healthcare projects with precision.
• Prepare meticulous working drawings, specs, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate seamlessly with design consultants and manage their work.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA guidelines, and laws.
• Effectively communicate with Principals-in-Charge for project success.
• Mentor intern architects to foster growth and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s in Architecture, NAAB-accredited.
• Registered Architect with 8-10 years' experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insurable under business policies.
• LEED Credential and NCARB license preferred.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficient in Autodesk AEC Collection, especially Revit.
• Strong writing skills using BSD SpecLink.
• Experience with design software like Sketchup, Lumion, etc.
