This leadership position on the Land Development team will  lead growth initiatives in the healthcare, senior living and municipal markets.  

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering 
• Current PE license in the State of Michigan or ability to obtain
• 10 years of experience as a project manager
• 10 years experience in private land development

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Manage civil site and infrastructure design engineering
• Lead a team of  civil site engineers and designers
• Manage profitable projects
• Meet all deadlines
• Participate in Business Development
• Organize and conduct presentations
• Forecasting
• Scheduling workloads
• Budgeting
• Lead and mentor team members
