Minimum 15 years relative experience including 5 years in multi-disciplined projects.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents, plans and specifications
Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to jobsites to observe and evaluate construction work. Construction would typically involve multidiscipline projects (i.e. pump stations, WTP, WWTP, etc.)
Coordinate and oversee material testing according to prescribed procedures on soil, concrete, bituminous and aggregate materials
Monitor construction schedule
Capable of monitoring construction activities for compliance with contract documents.
Capable of preliminary approval of payment estimates prepared by contractors.
Proficient at producing thorough, accurate, and concise quantities, daily reports, and other related documents.
