Our client is a prominent woman and minority-owned national law firm specializing in plaintiffs’ securities, corporate governance, and stockholder rights litigation. The firm represents institutional investors in high stakes class action, derivative, and direct action litigation in federal and state courts across the country. The firm which is headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, recently opened an office in San Diego, California, and seeks a motivated and experienced paralegal to work in that office.
The ideal candidate will have five or more years of experience in securities litigation, enjoy working collaboratively in teams, and be motivated to join a dynamic practice with significant opportunities for career growth. The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. In addition to traditional litigation paralegal responsibilities, the candidate will assist the firm’s attorneys and other professional staff in business, client and new case development, marketing activities, and general office administration.
