We are seeking an Estates and Trusts Paralegal to engage in post-mortem tax planning; prepare all necessary Court papers for probate, administration and settlement; prepare Court accountings; prepare transfer and sale documents relating to marketable securities, bank/brokerage accounts and other assets; interpret and summarize written estate planning documents; communicate extensively with clients and professional staff; in-depth experience in Gift, Estate and Fiduciary Tax Return Preparation.
