    Job Description:

    As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, optimizing efficiency, and spearheading strategic initiatives to propel the company's growth in the dynamic aerospace manufacturing industry. Working closely with the CEO and executive team, you will oversee all operational aspects of the business, ensuring seamless execution of projects and alignment with organizational goals.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    Developing and implementing comprehensive operational strategies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and maximize resource utilization across all departments.

    Leading and mentoring a high-performing team of operational managers and specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    Establishing robust performance metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to measure operational efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and drive sustainable business outcomes.

    Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, supply chain, and quality assurance, to optimize workflows, resolve operational challenges, and deliver high-quality aerospace products on time and within budget.

    Identifying emerging industry trends, technological advancements, and market opportunities to drive innovation, accelerate growth, and maintain a competitive edge in the aerospace manufacturing sector.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.

    Proven track record of executive leadership and management experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry, with a demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve strategic objectives.

    Strong technical expertise in aerospace engineering, manufacturing processes, and quality management systems, with a deep understanding of industry regulations and standards.

    Exceptional strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive business performance.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
