Yardi Report Developer

Full-time direct hire and REMOTE ROLE where you'll work from the comfort of your home. Preeminent technology and service company has an immediate need to hire a Report Developer responsible for creating custom reporting solutions and providing technical support or Yardi Voyager and Yardi Breeze.

As a rapidly expanding company there is room for personal development and upward mobility. With offices in multiple states, you'll be working remotely from your home and normal hours are typically office hours in your home time zone with the occasional accommodation of another time zone for meetings. Travel is project-based requiring occasional travel to client offices.

Successful candidate will possess:

• Bachelor's degree (BS) in accounting, business or computer science preferred
• Experience developing Yardi Reports using YSR
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Yardi database schema
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Transact SQL
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop custom Yardi reports including, but not limited to, YSR Report and SQL scripts
• Prepare development specifications and proposals. Define and document data, workflow, logical processes, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks, controls, and outputs
• Recommend custom solutions to meet Yardi reporting needs
• Execute project plans within time and budget constraints
• Provide technical guidance and development support regarding Yardi Voyager software functionality

Company offers a very competitive salary in the $125 - $195K range depending on skills and experience, in addition to health benefits, PTO, and 401(k).
