Investment Accounting Yardi Implementer

REMOTE role working from the comfort of your home! Company is a preeminent technology and service expert overseeing implementation, data migration, and validation to ensure full optimization. We have an immediate need to hire an “Investment Accounting Yardi Implementer” to join this growing organization with a great work environment and culture.

You will be responsible for implementing Yardi System’s Investment Accounting and Investment Manager modules while providing ongoing client support. Myriad of tasks including client data conversion, data validation, system design and configuration, user acceptance testing, and user training.

This is a full-time direct hire role (this is NOT a 1099 position) offering a salary in the $125 - $195,000 range based on “years of Yardi experience and knowledge of other modules in the Yardi suite to complement your primary role.” Benefits include 401k, healthcare, and more!

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED…

• 5+ years of experience in fund and investment accounting with a strong understanding of investment reporting requirements and capital transactions.
• Strong understanding of investment structures, partnership agreements, and distribution waterfall calculations.
• 5+ years of Yardi Systems software experience.
• 2+ years of Yardi Systems Investment Accounting / Investment Management Suite of modules.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Teams and 365.
• Experience using project management software helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose problems.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proven leadership, and the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• BS in accounting, business, finance, or related area of expertise.
• Remote role but occasional project-based travel to client offices.
