JOB DESCRIPTION:

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast pace open environment. You will assist Department Managers in developing, implement, maintain, and support projects using information technology tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools that are part of the iNFUSION tool suite. Provide training to teams that use these tools for their projects to ensure they understand how the tools can be used to increase collaboration and efficiencies.

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the Department to improve the engineering and business processes through development of workflows using the technology/tools in order to increase productivity and gain efficiencies, effective communication is key.  

Integrate and implement the use of tools for various technical processes and provide training and ongoing support until teams can self-sustain the use of the tools.

Coordinate with existing and new customers to ensure projects continue to meet requirements. Coordinate with new teams to identify requirements in the planning process for new projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Active U.S. Security Clearance level Secret
• High School Diploma or Equivalent 
• Local travel up to 10% of the time
• 2 or more years experience in Microsoft Project 2010 and Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point)
• 2 or more years experience with Jira Project Design and Atlassian Confluence Development

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in any of the following technologies:

• Web Languages (HTML, CSS, REST, JAVASCRIPT)

• Structured Query Language (SQL)

• Database Architecture and Design

• Microsoft VBA

• Vertuna ConfiForms

• Structured Query Language (SQL)

• Python

• User Interface Design

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

Applicants must have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance.
