JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Software Engineer, you will provide software support services to Range Systems Department (RS) at NSWC, Corona Division in Norco, CA including maintaining and modifying government developed software, creating and updating hardware interfaces for government developed software, maintaining and updating government software documentation, test government developed software, provide system administration of government cyber systems, and provide system updates and system support for applications and databases.  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a U.S. citizen. 
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance level Secret. 
• BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology. 
• Certified Scrum Master and Programming or Network Security certification.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active U.S. Security Clearance level Secret.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

Applicants must have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance. Individuals will be subject to a background investigation to include but not limited to, criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
