WHO WE WANT

Our ideal Compliance Services Certificate Administrator wants to be part of a company that has experienced significant growth year over year. While this job is a work from home position it requires you to be self-disciplined, highly self-motivated, detail—oriented with organizational skills as well as the drive to work independently and within a team. The ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written communication is a must. The position requires multi-tasking, efficiently performing detailed data entry, problem solving, a strong worth ethic and adaptability.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Certificate Administrator, working from home, you will take ownership of several of our dealers and manage all of their certificates of insurance. Obtaining entry of 6-8 certificates per hour. Communicate daily with our Dealers. Pursue all missing insurance requirements to establish a correct certificate of insurance. Participate in weekly calls and team building activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

• 3+ years of successful customer service skills
• Strong data entry skills
• Apple systems and Microsoft Suite familiarity/comfortability
• Must be able to type 60WMP
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Located in Austin, TX or surrounding area

PREFERRED

• 5+ years of successful customer service skills
• Insurance Producers License
• Previous knowledge of property/casualty insurance is a plus
