Our ideal Compliance Services Certificate Administrator wants to be part of a company that has experienced significant growth year over year. While this job is a work from home position it requires you to be self-disciplined, highly self-motivated, detail—oriented with organizational skills as well as the drive to work independently and within a team. The ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written communication is a must. The position requires multi-tasking, efficiently performing detailed data entry, problem solving, a strong worth ethic and adaptability.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Certificate Administrator, working from home, you will take ownership of several of our dealers and manage all of their certificates of insurance. Obtaining entry of 6-8 certificates per hour. Communicate daily with our Dealers. Pursue all missing insurance requirements to establish a correct certificate of insurance. Participate in weekly calls and team building activities.
