Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct electrical troubleshooting to diagnose and repair septic and aerobic systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service vehicles, ensuring they are stocked and ready for service calls.
- Communicate effectively with customers before, during, and after service calls, explaining issues and repairs in detail.
- Document service calls thoroughly, including notes and pictures, in our program.
- Work independently or as part of a team to tackle service calls efficiently and effectively.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and the ability to follow company policies and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean record for the past three years.
- Minimum one year sales experience.
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and critical thinking.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision and manage time effectively.
- Strong attendance record and willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Benefits:
