JT Services is seeking a team player whom has a background in Inventory control management. This position is new to the company and will be required to assist in the implementation of inventory management. This person will be required to check out stock to employees, count and inventory on hand product. Along with inventory managements, the position will also be a lot attendant in which you will assist of load outs for customers.

Responsibilities

• Check in and put up stock parts received from manufacturer and freight companies.
• Pull parts needed for employees and for customers.
• Pull parts for monthly returns to the manufacturer.
• Distribute freight and items to respective departments in the company.
• General housekeeping.
• Cycle count bins and correct quantity errors.
• Make new bin locations for new parts in inventory.
• Assist in determination of parts requirements with employees, providing order processing services.
• Maintain a clean display of stock
• Implement inventory control methods
• Count and order product
• Operate within all parts policies and procedures of the company

Qualifications

• Personable, a problem solver, ethical, intelligent, and able to adapt to all elements around you including – customers, suppliers, department employees, management and peers.
• Strong organizational skills, good communication skills, excellent customer relations skills, good computer and systems knowledge.
• Confirmed knowledge of inventory management practices.
• Product knowledge including features and benefits knowledge of all commodities sold.
• Working knowledge of warehouse storage systems and storage layout principles.
• Previous experience in a parts or inventory setting.

Physical Requirements

Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate construction equipment.

Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds
