We are seeking outgoing individuals with a passion for hospitality to join our team as Certified Travel agents. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients by preparing amazing travel packages to not just meet, but exceed their needs and expectations. Travel Agent will handle clients' travel needs from start to finish including, but not limited to, airline, car rentals, hotel accommodations, theme park tickets, concerts, shows, resort packages (including all-inclusive), and much more! ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete required certification training promptly, along with ongoing continued education training.
• Effectively communicate with clients to discuss all of their needs to cater packages to not just meet, but exceed their expectations.
• Research and prepare itineraries and quotes for your clients.
• Attend all team meetings.
• Work in harmony with other team members.
• Become a Brand Ambassador.
• Monitor ongoing changes within the industry.
• Stay up to date on new COVID restrictions for travels.
• Create and Market the agency.
• Review client’s budgets, to ensure we are creating packages to stay within budgets.
• Become involved within your local communities, attending various bridal shows, and conventions to help promote.
• Handle last-minute issues that may occur, and ensure they are addressed promptly.
• Promptly respond to clients' requests, via phone and emails.
• Maintain updated records for your clients.
• Participate in FAM Trips when possible, and attend vendor/supplier-specific training.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be authorized to work within the United States or Mexico.
• Must have access to a laptop with internet access.
• Must be effective at communicating with clients.
• Personal travel experience is not required but is a plus.
