About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and organized Junior Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to gain office experience. You will assist with basic administrative tasks and help direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
Scan and organize paperwork
File documents and maintain organized records
Enter and update information in the company dashboard/system
Assist with basic office tasks and general administrative support
Provide friendly and professional communication with callers and visitors
Requirements:
Moderate computer skills (email, simple data entry, file management, MS Office, Excel, PDF)
Good communication and phone etiquette while managing busy phone system.
Organized and dependable. Detail oriented.
Ability to multitask and follow instructions
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Preferred (but not required):
Previous office, receptionist, or customer service experience
