Job Description

• Support the design and execution of a new CMMS software to improve maintenance processes, reduce downtime, and increase asset reliability
• Configure, implement, and customize CMMS software to meet specified programmatic needs
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to streamline workflows and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
• Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to track maintenance efficiency and performance including:
  • Asset recording
  • Development of critical spares listing
• Generate reports and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Prepare documentation, manuals, and standard operating procedures for CMMS usage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Strong understanding of maintenance management principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft basics with the aptitude and motivation to learn CMMS software (e.g., IBM Maximo, SAP PM, EAM, Fiix, etc.)
• Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to be able to work independently and complete assigned project tasks
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization and clearly and concisely report on project progress and documented milestones
• Project management experience or classroom equivalent is a plus

Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills and experience.
