Job Description

• Meets and greets guests upon arrival
• Escorts guests to table (takes coat checks if needed)
• Escorts guests to exit
• Wipes down and tidies furniture as needed
• Full knowledge of guests dinning for evening (dislikes etc)
• Full knowledge of the food and wine menu being offered
• Aware of any special occasions, dietary restrictions or other special notes related to guests
• Supports in running food with server
• Supports in watering tables
• Supports in clearing food from tables
• Serves the mignardise and petit/fours to tables
• Prepare give-a-way bags for guests
• Supports in dinning room set up/tear down
• Supports in mis en place/ preparation of service areas (BOH/FOH areas)
• Participates and ensures compliance with all opening and closing duties as determined and published by the Restaurant Manager or Executive Chef.
• Assists setting up candles, flowers/vases and other décor and ambiance, lighting.
• Keeps up to date on new JUSTIN releases as well as viticulture and winemaking techniques
• Follows all company safety procedures and company policies
• Follows at minimum Forbes 5 star services/ standards
• Closing and opening side work including but not limited to polishing glasses, flatware, napkin folds, etc.
• Any other duties assigned

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work weekends
• Previous experience in a restaurant setting
• Shows a strong interest in customer service
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Food handlers card
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English

Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour, plus tips. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills and experience.
