Job Description

• Perform a wide variety of general and semi-skilled maintenance activities/duties (e.g. carpentry, painting, plumbing, basic electrical)
• Install system component parts, office equipment, and facility components (e.g. lighting, heating and ventilating systems, alarms, plumbing, security, electrical panels)
• Monitor contractors to ensure work is completed properly, efficiently and meets JUSTIN’s safety standards
• Monitor work order system and complete work orders as assigned
• Complete maintenance and safety duties as assigned
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations as assigned
• Maintain assigned vehicle, tools, and equipment in safe operating condition
• Follow all company policies and work in a safe and efficient manner

Qualifications

• Knowledge of servicing HVAC systems such as AC units and heaters
• Skilled in electrical safety and knowledge of basic electrical trouble shooting
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair common hospitality equipment
• Skilled in general maintenance of commercial buildings
• Experience in hospitality industry or related field preferred
• Must be self-motived and work effectively as a member of a team
• Must have valid CDL and maintain an acceptable driving record
• Forklift license or ability to achieve licensing
• Must be able to communicate in English verbally and in writing
• Conversational Spanish highly desirable

Pay Rate: $25.34 - $27.84. Final compensation will be dependent on skills & experience.
