This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail, answernig inbound calls with utmost professionalism, and scheduling appointments. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and schedule tours Make outbound sales calls Keep office and restrooms tidy Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner Manage projects as needed Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information Schedule and plan meetings and appointments Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages Create floor plans using PowerPoint Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues Perform receptionist duties when needed Post to social media daily Skills Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role Knowledge of computer systems Working knowledge of office equipment Thorough understanding of office management procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office 17hats experience preferred Preferred work schedule: Monday - Thursday 10am-4pm with 60 minute break Job Type: Part-time Salary: $10.00 to $11.00 /hour
