Our total site development construction company is looking for an experienced construction superintendent to plan and manage our projects. You’ll be in charge of managing daily field operations, managing subcontractors, and maintaining safety and compliance at the construction site. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years of construction field experience and a passion for managing others. Responsibilities: • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction site development projects • Lead project teams, and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations • Manage project budgets, and timelines, and ensure quality workmanship • Communicate effectively with the entire team, providing project updates and addressing concerns • Analyze and solve problems that may arise during construction projects • Ensure regulatory compliance with local building codes and environmental standards Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum [10] years of experience in construction total site development management or related roles • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in construction methods, materials, and project management principles. Familiarity with project scheduling and management software • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervisory roles • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges during construction projects • Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements • Safety Awareness: Demonstrated commitment to enforcing safety protocols on construction sites • Budget Management: Experience in budgeting and cost control to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are advantageous Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly
