You’ll be in charge of managing daily field operations, managing subcontractors, and maintaining safety and compliance at the construction site. Responsibilities: • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction site development projects • Lead project teams, and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations • Manage project budgets, and timelines, and ensure quality workmanship • Communicate effectively with the entire team, providing project updates and addressing concerns • Analyze and solve problems that may arise during construction projects • Ensure regulatory compliance with local building codes and environmental standards Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum [10] years of experience in construction total site development management or related roles • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in construction methods, materials, and project management principles. Familiarity with project scheduling and management software • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervisory roles • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges during construction projects • Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements • Safety Awareness: Demonstrated commitment to enforcing safety protocols on construction sites • Budget Management: Experience in budgeting and cost control to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are advantageous Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly
