Job Description

Our team is looking for a highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated team player to assist in the funding of mortgage loans. This is a long-term position with the ability to increase earnings as experience and knowledge are gained. Experience preferred and must have proficiency with the use of computers: email, excel, word, adobe, file management/organization, and the desire and ability to learn how to use new software applications. A college education is preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review signed closing docs for accuracy and compliance.
• Initiate funding requests with warehouse banks and communicating final funding figures to escrow.
• Track down missing loan documents
• Reviewing prior to fund conditions and ensure they are satisfied.
• Input funding information
• Set up wire for closing agent/title with funding department.
• Perform other duties as assigned
