Job Description
Our team is looking for a highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated team player to assist in the processing of mortgage loans. This is a long-term position with the ability to increase earnings as experience and knowledge are gained. Experience preferred and must have proficiency with the use of computers: email, excel, word, adobe, file management/organization, and the desire and ability to learn how to use new software applications. A college education is preferred but not required. The job consists of retrieving and organizing documents, submitting orders to service providers (title, appraisal, insurance, payoff demands and HOA documents), requesting employment, banking and mortgage/rental information, organizing loan file documents, completing and filing loan status documents.
Prior experience working with UWM is very helpful. Need someone who can start immediately.
