 Immediate opening for Mortgage Doc Drawer. Must have UWM experience with UClose2.0

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing loan documents for multiple states and prepare and balance Closing Disclosures
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of loan documents.
• Maintains a high level of customer service with quick response times and accurate information (both internally and externally).
• Maintains a high degree of confidentiality.
• TRID experience (Review Closing Disclosures and Loan Estimates for accuracy and completeness)
• Follow and maintain compliance to TRID guidelines and timing requirements on all assigned files
• Work directly with processing, loan officers and funding
• Superior knowledge of computers and applicable software. (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Calyx Point)
• Must be detail oriented, efficient, reliable and takes initiative.
• Other tasks as assigned
