We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Data Center Operation and Maintenance Technician in our Cheyenne facility. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with basic computer knowledge and a strong desire to learn. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including hardware installation, cable management, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Monitor and manage the data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and security systems.
• Assist with equipment inventory management and documentation.
• Respond to service requests and incidents, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to perform preventive maintenance tasks and implement process improvements.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong passion for learning about Data Center site operation and maintenance.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a positive attitude towards challenges.
• Resides in or near Cheyenne, WY, with easy access to the site.

After admission, there will be a 2-month hourly paid internship period working full-time. After completing the 2-month internship, the role will transition to a full-time basis with a fixed monthly payment.
