Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Red Prairie Discrete Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and optimizing our Red Prairie Discrete system to ensure efficient warehouse and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Red Prairie Discrete software, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize the Red Prairie Discrete system to support warehouse and inventory management processes.
• Work with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into system enhancements or modifications.
• Resolve issues related to Red Prairie Discrete to minimize operational disruptions.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades while ensuring system stability and data integrity.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate team members on best practices and system usage.
• Analyze data and generate reports to assess system performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend enhancements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to leverage the latest capabilities of Red Prairie Discrete.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience working with Red Prairie Discrete software and other warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Must have minimum Tier 2-3 support level experience.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools, proficiency in configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Red Prairie Discrete.
• Proficiency with MOCA language is a must.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management and supply chain processes.
• P Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Red Prairie Discrete certification is not required, but a good plus.

Work Schedule

• Hours : Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Set Up: Fully Remote. Open to candidates across the globe.
• Shift : 12 PM to 9 PM CST.
