We’re searching for  a strategic, entrepreneurial, people-empowering Human Resources professional to help the leadership team protect and nurture our caring culture while we grow our enrollment and expand our geographic and digital footprint.  

The VP of Human Resources/CHRO will first and foremost, help to create strategic alignment between the business strategy and our people practices.  That includes creating systems and processes that allow managers to hire the right faculty and staff, designing career development, performance systems and rewards that encourage employee growth, and leading an HR team to deliver effective manager guidance and administration of long- and short-term employee benefits.
