    As the Social Media & Influencer Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Jaanuu vision to life online and among our community. You’ll be responsible for managing the look & tone of the brand across social media platforms, introducing the brand to new customers, getting existing customers excited about coming back to Jaanuu, supporting innovative campaign launches, generating buzz around new product drops, and creating programs that help develop meaningful, lasting relationships with our audience. This role collaborates cross-functionally with the industry’s best in-house Creative, Customer Service, Product Development and Merchandising Teams to provide a consistent engaging brand experience across all of Jaanuu’s platforms and communities.

    This role reports to Jaanuu's Director of Brand Marketing.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage social media content calendar and creative brief development in alignment with Jaanuu’s marketing calendar and collaboration with key stakeholders
    • Strategize, write copy for and manage content in accordance with Social Media Calendar
    • (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, IGTV, etc.) to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, community growth and revenue.
    • Develop strategy for new social media platforms while continually evolving and adjusting content to meet and/or exceed metric targets including but not limited to engagement, follower growth, impressions, reach, site traffic, revenue, etc.
    • Oversee community management across all platforms and collaborate with Customer Service and Merchandise Team to share feedback and resolve customer/order complications
    • Strategize, develop and manage ambassador and influencer programs to optimize quality of content, amplify campaigns, increase community growth/engagement and collaborate with Merch Team to share product feedback
    • Identify, strategize and manage influencer gifting, partnerships and contracts
    • In partnership with Director of Brand, curate engaging, meaningful influencer events and strategize untapped methods of influencer activations
    • Mentor, inspire and guide Social Media Coordinator to support initiatives in an organized, efficient and effective way.
    • Track social media and influencer budgets and payments in partnership with the Director of Brand Marketing.
    • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of social media and influencer KPIs to enable continuous learning, content optimization, and takeaways
    • Work with cross-functional teams to repurpose social media & influencer content across various channels such as site, email, blog, etc.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3-5 years of social media and/or influencer related experience
    • Knowledge of social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube. Must have passion for all things related to social media!
    • Knowledge of health care and/or medical communities not required, but preferred
    • Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to engage audiences
    • Desire to work in a startup with a goal to be disruptive to the scrubs industry; previous experience in a startup preferred
    • Ability to be both a self-starter and a team player
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to create great working relationships with all levels within the company and across multiple disciplines
    • Must have some level of proficiency in Adobe Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.)
    • Ideal candidate is both analytical and creative
