Job Description
JOIN JACK LINK'S AS OUR GRADUATE HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN IN THE SUMMER OF 2022! Our internship provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplines of Human Resources, learn from HR leaders and gain a practical understanding of how human resources is applied in the consumer goods industry. During your internship, you will collaborate with our HR leadership team to identify key performance indicators that will strengthen our HR initiatives across our organization within functional areas such as Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS Systems. This work will require extensive qualitative and quantitative research and thought leadership which will leverage your strong critical analytical skills. Our goal is to implement your recommendations based on your research and insights. Additionally, you will be part of a cohort of interns across the company who are also working on meaningful projects. At the completion of your internship, you will conduct a final presentation on your internship experience; both what you learned and how we can sustain those learnings to continuously improve our team member and candidate experience.
Your internship will be based in Minneapolis, MN. You may have the opportunity to travel to and learn within our manufacturing environments.
