Qualifications
- BA or BS preferred in a business-related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing or bottling environment for CPG
- Experience in global business settings with a proven ability to manage large cross-functional projects will help you be successful in this role
- Strong project management skills with experience in IT implementations
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain principles and best practices
- Ability and passion for creative, out-of-the-box thinking to develop and vet solutions for the business
- Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly at all levels of an organization; ability to influence others and communicate in an open and honest way that quickly builds trust and respect
- High level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Visio
- Knowledge in applying continuous improvement techniques and analytical tools such as Lean and Six Sigma (DMAIC) to achieve improved business results (Six Sigma Green Belt preferred but not required)
- Self-motivated, high energy individual who can function in a high demand, performance-driven environment
- Excellent analytical skills with proven data visualization skills
- Oracle and JD Edwards experience a plus
- COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption
Pay Range: $100,000 - $115,000. Final compensation will be dependant on skills & experience.
