Job Description

In this role you will drive excellence in execution of cross-functional company product initiatives by providing support to project managers, business leaders and Corporate Buyers. 

• Participate in cross-functional meetings with corporate project managers and business leaders
• Develop detailed plans for component transitions and discontinuations using Excel
• Communicate project status & updates to project team, stakeholders, and leadership through effective communication
• Maintain Departmental and Initiative reporting using Excel, SAP
• Facilitate work within our project and portfolio management software solution, Smartsheet
• Identify potential component stock risks
• Manage & mitigate project risk
• Provide financial risk assessments for obsolescence
• Coordinate transitions with corporate buyers and manufacturing plants
• Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
• Administer and maintain content within Smartsheet portfolio as well as assist in assembling information/materials surrounding Stage-Gate activities.
• Coordinate transitions in compliance with regulatory guidance
• Provide support to Sr. Project Planner and Sr. Project Manager

Qualifications

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, finance or business, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience and Skills Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a supply chain or finance role (preferably for a manufacturer of consumer products) using ERP systems
• Excellent Excel skills including report creation from large data sets and multiple data sources. Able to understand and create complex calculations using functions such as: VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX, MATCH
• SAP Material Planning experience preferred
• Experience working with project management platforms (Smartsheet preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Superb attention to detail
• Demonstrated strong project management and time management skills
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Independent thinking
• Ability to develop good working relationships at all levels of the organization.
