    We are currently looking for entry level agents to join our team! Ideally seeking a MA licensed real estate agent with 0-2 years experience. At Jackie O Real Estate, Junior Agents will be assisting the lead agents with sales/listings as well as leasing properties. In addition the junior sales agent will assist with the the organizational duties while creating relationships and performing a variety of administrative tasks. REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED* Responsibilities: Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements Input information received about clients through streamlined database management Function as the main point contact for the principal broker • Ability to work efficiently with a wide variety of individuals, have attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities and daily expectations effectively in a fast-paced environment • Build long-standing relationships with clients while showing listings • Obtain and maintain a CRM for constant and consistent follow-up • Demonstrate technical selling skills to close each sale and obtain the required deposits • Prepare all lease-related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner and be prepared to explain to clients • Responsible for completing, submitting, and organizing Applications packages in accordance with all legal requirements and Team policy • Maintains a general knowledge of state laws, Fair Housing, and strict ethics • Answer incoming phone calls and handle them accordingly • Monitor and evaluate lease expirations and convert past renters to buyers • Develop and implement short and long-range marketing plans and innovative, state-of-the-art marketing strategies by using Team CRM for outreach marketing efforts, and creating cost-effective advertising strategies, to achieve or exceed goals • Responsible for updating and maintaining all marketing web sites with accurate and up-to-date information and availability Qualifications: High school diploma required 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar Excellent communication skills and organizational skills Can work on deadline and handle private client information Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service Experience in the real estate industry preferred Must have a valid Real Estate License Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
