Marketing Content Specialist

We are an established and experienced top-producing real estate agent in Morristown looking to add a Social Media & Marketing Specialist to their thriving team. This individual will be responsible for creating and publishing content on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and ultimately, boost sales and engagement. They should be confident in overseeing site metrics, interacting with readers, and being responsible for creative design, and proposing strategies for optimization. In addition to managing social media accounts and websites as well as creating marketing content including but not limited to event fliers, listing promotions, agent business cards, and yard signs. Responsibilities: • Lead efforts in marketing, branding, and event-related activities • Promote the brand and full marketing plan to support current and future growth strategies • Maintain and update the CRM systems • Design and deploy marketing collateral and campaigns • Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy as needed • Develop and/or maintain monthly newsletters, ongoing drip campaigns, team website/blog, and product marketing of listings including e-blasts and direct mail • Report monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization • Interact with followers and the public via social media channels as appropriate • Develop creative marketing initiatives • Stay current with the latest social media trends and technologies in real estate Qualifications: • 1-3 years of marketing experience • Experience and knowledge of the real estate industry are preferred but not required • Knowledge or desire to learn how to execute social media strategy and implementation of social media campaigns • Ability to learn new as well as teach others cloud-based software programs including Canva, CRM systems, project management systems, Microsoft Office, all top social media platforms, Google Drive, etc. • Strong attention to detail • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload • Creative problem-solving skills • Outstanding organization • Tech savvy; up-to-date with the latest tools and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once • Able to work independently to support a team and appropriately manage time • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Discretion and confidentiality • Customer service focus • In-depth social media experience required • Must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 + PTO
