Your duty is to effectively engage with them and guide them through our proven conversion process. Responsibilities: • As an Insurance Sales Specialist working Remote, you must be open to coaching and dedicated to following our established sales system. • Ideal candidates will exhibit self-discipline in managing their schedules and achieving tasks and objectives effectively. • Individuals with backgrounds in athletics, the military, service industries, or team-oriented environments tend to excel in our system. • Attendance at annual conferences and regional meetings for ongoing personal and professional development is a requirement. Qualifications: • The role requires obtaining an active life and health insurance license within 30 days. • Successful candidates must be open to learning and implementing our established sales strategies. • Participation in daily and weekly huddle calls via Zoom is mandatory. • Embrace a team-oriented mindset, strive for success, and be motivated by bonuses and incentives. Compensation: $120,000 + Bonuses
