We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the very busy founder of a respected boutique investment firm known for managing retirement portfolios for high net worth families. Position requirements:

• Relevant experience in financial services, law, or marketing is preferred.
• A history of success in previous positions. Strong references from previous employers.
• Proficiency in project and time management
• Excellent research skills
• Ability to interface effectively with clients, prospective clients, visitors, vendors, editors, and staff in an atmosphere of dignity and decorum.
• Proven ability to focus on detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM and other software
• Ability to multitask, manage a diverse work load, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, quickly changing environment.
• Organizationally effective with the ability to work and function independently.
• Flexibility when project timelines call for extra effort.
• Able to pass background check.
• A plus - Interest in passing the Series 65 (go to https://www.finra.org/registration-exams-ce/qualification-exams/series65 to enroll on your own)
• Transcript required for recent grads - top grades and top schools expected.
• Ability to easily commute to North Stamford.

Salary: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 /year depending on experience. Eligible for 401(k), profit sharing, and cash balance plans after 1 year.
