    Description

For our clients, the tax return is the most important financial event of the year, and the biggest paycheck many will receive. We want to help them get their maximum refund, faster, and with fewer associated fees.

    Responsibilities

    · Acts as liaison between the district associates, vendors, and the corporate offices to identify and resolve IT-related problems and issues.

    · Sets up, breaks down, and properly stores field operations PC equipment/inventory.

    · Provides hardware and software phone support, as well as on-site support for answering inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation.

    · Enters commands and observes system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors.

    · Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.

    · Maintains regular communication and documentation on technology support issues for the appropriate parties, including, but not limited to the Assistant District Manager, District Manager, and Technology Managers.

    · Maintains hot spare tracking and control for computer equipment.

    · Generates various reports.

    Requirements

    · High School Diploma/ GED, or equivalent related business experience. Course of study in Information Technology preferred.

    · Previous experience with Windows 95/98/2000; DOS, network configurations, and MS Office required.
